Services

Systemizeable provides business consulting, coaching, and systems implementation services designed to help service business founders reduce operational dependencies and build scalable infrastructure.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• The Founder-Now Audit™ diagnostic assessment
• The 30-Day Founder Decoupling Sprint™
• The Founder Freedom Installation™
• Custom consulting and advisory services

The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be outlined in a separate engagement agreement or statement of work.

Payment and Refunds

Payment Terms: Payment is due according to the terms specified in your engagement agreement. We accept payment via credit card, ACH transfer, or other methods as agreed upon.

Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel an engagement before work begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Late Payment: Accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to late fees and suspension of services until payment is received.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided by Systemizeable, including but not limited to the Founder Freedom OS™, remain the intellectual property of Systemizeable.

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any deliverables created specifically for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our proprietary frameworks or methods.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Any proprietary or sensitive information you share with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

Similarly, you agree to keep any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or materials shared by Systemizeable confidential and not to disclose them to third parties without our written consent.

Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best results, you agree to:

• Provide timely and accurate information as requested
• Participate actively in scheduled sessions and activities
• Implement recommendations in good faith
• Communicate openly about challenges, constraints, and feedback

Systemizeable cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on multiple factors including your implementation, team engagement, and market conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Systemizeable provides consulting and advisory services. While we use our best efforts to deliver valuable guidance, we cannot guarantee specific business results or outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Systemizeable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for those services.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Systemizeable reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Systemizeable operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
